1960s tabbard top in a black knit fabric (feels like wool or wool blend). The top has deep slits on the sides. There are buttons and loops sides that are decorative only. Zipper up the back. Shown with pants - not included. A great topper that can be worn in a multiple of ways. Great condition. No maker's label present.
