23" Vintage Telco Animated Light Up Girl Christmas Figure, sell Telco Motionette Girl Caroler

This is pre owned and used. Her arms move and the candle lights up. Base is a white plastic with a plug on the back that says 3 amp max. Base is approx. 5 3/4" square. Her dress is green and has some lint on it. Her hair looks auburn with blue eyes. There are a couple discoloration spots on the top of the base behind her one foot. She feels like a hard vinyl. sell There are a couple pieces of parts of feathers on the front of her hat. It looks like they were either added by a prior owner or if original broke off.
