Doorknob, Antique Early 1900s Exceptional Arts sell & Crafts Hardware, Architectural Salvage

This old single doorknob was found in a turn of the century home near Rochester, New York, and it may be the best and most impressive Arts & Crafts door knob I've ever come across. Probably from the early 1900s, this knob is highly decorative. It features raised relief in and Arts & Crafts style and is made of solid brass (a magnet does not stick). Superior quality and craftsmanship as the knob has patterning on the inside part of the knob, and the artisan was showing off their skill. The knob shows some wear and tear, minor scratches, and is generally in good condition. The knob measures about 2 1/8" in diameter and it's about 2 1/4" deep. Exceptional and quite rare piece in good condition.
