Battery Operated Universal Studios FRANKENSTEIN Cloche Plastic Globe Dome with animated Windmill sell / Lights / Sounds

This domed stand with Frankenstein diorama stands about 12" high and operates on 3 sell AA batteries. There is a sensor and when activated the scene lights up, the windmill starts to turn and there are sounds of a storm. Everything is in working order, but I have had to tap on the dome a couple of times to get the windmill turning and you may have to do the same. It is being sold strictly "as is".
