Michael Andersen sell & Son Danish Pottery Baptismal Font Bornholm Stoneware Chalice Cup

A wonderful Danish pottery baptismal font chalice cup from Michael Andersen & Son. Produced in Bornholm, Denmark features medieval style figural decoration on sides - believe this is based off of a 13th century font from Aa Kirke church in Denmark. Gray glazed interior, brown and gray exterior. Would be a great addition to a Danish modern display of ceramics. Marked on bottom, as well as with a foil sticker on interior of cup.

In good vintage condition, with no cracks or chips. Some residue on the base of the cup.

Measures about 4 1/4" tall, 4 1/4" widest.
